BackWerk has more than 350 franchise partners as of 2022, with more than 250 partners servicing several locations. BackWerk is currently the largest provider of Back-Gastronomy with snack options in Germany. BackWerk has sales offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. BackWerk is one of the five largest bakery enterprises in Germany, serving more than 6 million clients per month. As of September 2017, BackWerk has more than 20 sites in Austria. In 2010, the first BackWerk opened in Switzerland. Its menu covers everything that can be found in a conventional bakery in the individual countries, from plain bread to sandwiches and coffee. \s</p>
