The Business Model of Couple

<p>Couple, formerly Pair, was a mobile app. As of 22 April 2019, the app is no longer available and the web interface returns Error 503.</p><p>Couple offered a social network for two people only. Like other social networks, Couple allowed users to share texts, photos, videos and other content. Couples could create shared to-do lists or events. They could sketch together or exchange a so-called &quot;thumb kiss&quot; by waiting for their partner to join and bringing their thumbs together on the screen at the same time. Although this service sounds like an oxymoron at first glance, it was an interesting approach to the technology market for private exchanges.</p>
