<p>University of the People is the world's non-profit, tuition-free, accredited online university dedicated to enabling access to higher education and promoting the global reach of academia. Admitted students can enroll in Associate and Bachelor degree programmes in Business Administration and Computer Science. The courses are accessible worldwide as only a computer and Internet connection is needed to receive the educational material which consists of online texts. Students are requested to pay low processing fees, however scholarships are provided if the fees cannot be covered. The university maintains partnerships with companies, charities, and academia to provide grants and teaching as the course instructors work on a voluntary basis.</p>
